Wow. It feels just like yesterday when I blogged about chapter sixteen. Blinked once, blinked twice and here we are, at the edge of 2011. Af first, I came down to a conclusion that 2011 wasn't such a kick-butt year as I'd hoped it to be. Well to be more precise, it was pretty damn neutral. But ofcourse, what's life without happy moments with a pinch of bitterness in it? As the saying goes, through mistakes we learn to grow. So after much delibration with myself (sounds lame, I know) I've changed my perspective and I've decided to view 2011 in a different angle. I can now say that 2011 had been one hell of a great year for me. :) And I thank God for that. Here's a recap in pictures of what's happened throughout the entire year.

Started off the year with the insanely wild but awesome relatives. :)



And here comes the school term. The one thing I hated the most.



After two years of serving the school, I decided that I had enough. Finally resigned as a prefect and till today, I've never ever regretted that decision. :)



Got whisked off to a different class from all my bestfriends. Despite feeling like I don't belong and occasionally lonely, I've met lots of new people and also got closer to friends that had always been in the school but never really talked much to them nor noticed them.



Joined cheerleading again! Cyclonez 2011, where all the memorable & awesomest moments came from. :)



Attended my first cheer camp. Which was just okay.



And ofcourse, the biggest highlight of my entire year. Not just 2011 but all sixteen years of my life.








































CHEER 2011! Honestly, if it wasn't for my involvement in cheerleading again, this year would be nowhere as near as good. So yes, thank you, dear Cyclonez and all you awesome cheer mates for creating the sweetest memories for me. :')

Okay, school aside and let's venture into my personal life. :)



Had alot of family gatherings where we bonded like no other and strengthen our already close relationship. :D



Also had one of the most unpredictable but in a good way family party.



Adding more life experiences by going for an incredible & unforgettable vacation. :D

Now here's the most important part. I won't be able to go through the ups and downs of this year without my sacred jewels by my side. :)



My precious bestfriends whom I'm insanely thankful for. They are the ones that provide laughter to me and who made feel at my best when I'm with them. Here's to another year of friendship, you awesome people. <3 I've also had alot of outings with them this year. Compared to the previous years, 2011 wins hands down. From random outings, to movies, to catch up and so much more, I hope we'll continue the flow next year!












There's more actually but there's no pictures. :( Our most recent one was a random trip to KL, the golden triangle. Went with the usual bunch and this time, they invited Aaron without my knowledge. Haven't seen that dude in about 3 years. But it was an awesome day, had crazy amount of fun. :D



Speaking of which, I've gotten so much closer to Tsu Ning this year. From being my cheer bestfriend, we went to so many places where it was always just the 2 of us and I've also had the privilege to be the first one that slept over at her house. ;) Long story short, we've grown closer than ever and I'm so glad that God gave me a chance to have her as a part of my life.




My birthday this year was kinda ordinary except for the fact that all four of my closest friends were available to attend. Usually it's always one or two that's absent. Sya lives in Kuantan so you can imagine how hard it is to gather everybody at one specific location.



I was over the moon that it was a complete group on the day I turned sixteen. (shit I'm old) Nevertheless, they made it a memorable day. :)



Oh wells, thank you Lord for giving me a whole year with my loved ones healthy & safe and a comfy home to return to and food on the table everyday. Thank you for letting everyone get along & giving me a blessed life where I am loved. :') I can only hope for 2012 to be as good as 2011, if not, way better. :D

HELLO!

I apologize, yet again for my long hiatus. Anyway, I logged on to blogger today after like 35247907 days and honest to God, I am extremely surprise that my stats are pretty stable eventhough I've clearly gone missing for who knows how long. All those fateful readers that still visit this site and often, being dissapointed for the lack of new updates. *touched*



Okay, ahem, I'll just do a short post today, No doubt, as the title speaks for itself, I've watched Breaking Dawn, Part 1. As you may or may not know, I am not a fan of this whole Twillight franchise thing so I'll just rate Breaking Dawn as . . . okay. Yeah, that's pretty much it.

Right. I know this is one lame ass post and I promise I'll do a proper update soon when I feel like it. Don't keep your hopes up though. ;)

Okay so, even after exam's over, I'm still very much M.I.A from my blog. I guess I can't say I'm busy as an excuse anymore. The reasons are crystal clear, I'm friggin lazy. Sigh, what to do. :(

Anyway, I shall continue with my cruise trip. :D Except for this time, the pictures will not be revolved around the cruise anymore. On the second day, the cruise stopped by Singapore and we all departed the cruise at around 12.00 p.m and just walk around Resort World for about 5 - 6 hours. Quite boring, I might add.

Anyway, the last time I went to Singapore which was in 2008, they just started the construction work on Resort World so it's my first time looking around. Here's the thing, I don't get why the Resort World in Singapore is much more fascinating than Genting Resort World when it was blatantly established by a Malaysian.



Even the aura feels nicer. Lol, ignore that. I don't even know what I'm talking about. Oh wait I think I do, I'm finding more reasons to enhance my already not-so-patriotic spirit.



I honestly look like a friggin dwarf standing next to my abnormally girrafe-fic tall 12-year-old sister. Here's my alter ego statement : She's just way too tall, I'm not short. ;)



Ooh yes, here's my favourite among the clutter of pictures. :) The ones taken at Candylicious. If you're still too dumb to figure it out, it is indeed, a candy store.



I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the decorations! It's so yummylicious and colourful and adorable and bright and creative and it just makes me wanna eat the whole store and swallow it in one bite. :D Okay, less talking, more pictures.

Came across an elephant-like creature with insanely long, slender legs. Something you don't see very often. :) Cause you know, in real life, elephants are . . . fat. Can't get anymore specific than that. :P



This place is incredibly cool. To me, at least. Festive Walk should be called Fashion Avenue instead. Since it's rows and rows of designer labels after one and another. Victoria's Secret, Jimmy Choo, Burberry, Tiffany & Co, Michael Kors etc etc.



But only one caught my eye. :B Yes, I admit, I can be very materialistic. Deal with it. I meant that with a smile btw. :)

This is a different store though. It's called Hershey's and it's not as colourful as Candylicious but that doesn't mean it's not yummy!

Boarded the cruise at around 6.00 p.m and dinner at Bella Vista.



Well, at least, these are real edible food. :P



After that, we joined the BBQ party held at the swimming pool deck. There's lots of good food, music & dance performance in Hawaiian style. Real happening yo. :D



Watched the acrobatic show later at night. The performers are as flexible as omaigawd, I can't even find a suitable word for it. Long story short, VERY VERY CRAZILY INHUMANELY FLEXIBLE.




Lido Theater. Look at that old uncle's face in front. :P Haha, I didn't even plan for his face to be in there. Nevermind, free publicity I guess?



Can you figure out what's this photo about? The cruise was parked under the Sentosa Island's cable cars track and with the lights from the upper deck, it was so . . . beautiful. :) It looks abit blurry here but wait till you witness it with your very own eyes, then you'll understand. :)

PS : Good news! Candylicious will be opening soon in One Utama. :D I hope it'll be as pretty as the one in Singapore. Well, knowing Malaysia . . . Haha, okay, I shall stop with my unpatriotic-ness. :P We shall wait & see.
